We then sprayed some adhesive in a plastic plate. While still wet, position the craft paper. Using spray adhesive, coat the foam board (or frame backing). Then simply, put a dab of glue on the (sanded) side of each brick and fit them into the holes in the craft paper. This is to optimize the adherence of the glue. We used a light grit sandpaper and scratched up a single side of the Lego bricks. Use a stronger glue (such as gorilla glue) to mount the bricks to the backing.
